From Fort Campbell: Travel South down Fort Campbell Boulevard (Hwy 41) toward downtown Clarksville. As you cross Riverside Drive (large intersection with Taco Bell, McDonalds and Shoney's on each corner) the road will change to North Second St. Travel up the hill on this road until it turns into Madison Street (approximately 1 mile). Once on Madison Street you will travel just two blocks to 503 Madison Street which is on the corner of 5th Street and Madison Street. There is ample parking in the rear of the building. From Nashville: Travel on I-24 West Bound until you reach exit 11. At the end of the ramp turn left onto Hwy. 76. Travel approximately 3 miles until you come to the traffic light. You will merge right onto Madison Street (also know as Hwy. 41). You will travel approximately 8 miles to downtown Clarksville. Our office is at the corner of Fifth Street and Madison Street.
